2. Conditional 3-Day Refund Period

After the first 24 hours, we offer a 3-day refund period under specific conditions.


3. Technical Issues

To request a refund after the first 24 hours, the customer must provide evidence of technical issues not caused by their own setup or misconfiguration.


4. Proof of Service Issues

The customer must demonstrate that the experienced issues are related to the functionality of the PLEBEFLIX IPTV service, rather than external factors such as:

  • Internet connection problems.
  • Misconfiguration of their device.

Partial refunds may be issued depending on the proof of specific service problems.


5. Refund Request Process

6. Refund Request Deadline

All refund requests must be made within the refund period:

  • 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Up to 3 days for conditional refunds.

7. Partial Refunds
